Due to the nature of digital and service-based products, all payments made to Serpapex are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, exceptions can apply for specific products under specific circumstances as detailed below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Service not delivered: If no service has been initiated or no work has been delivered within 14 days of payment.
  • Duplicate payment: If a customer has been charged more than once for the same service.
  • Technical error: If payment was processed due to a system error and the service is not required.
  • Course Enrollment: If a refund request is made within 48 hours of purchasing an online course and the course has not been accessed or less than 10% of the content has been viewed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already started, delivered, or partially completed
  • Customer fails to communicate or provide necessary inputs
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after service delivery
  • Cancellation after the agreed-upon project timeline has begun
  • For SEO or marketing services where results depend on external factors beyond our control

4. Custom Projects

All custom development or marketing projects require a deposit before starting. Deposits are non-refundable once the project is underway or resources have been allocated , however you can be refunded if the project has not been started .

5. Subscription Services

If you are enrolled in a monthly service plan, you may cancel at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect the following month.
